Orpheum Theatre tickets & upcoming events

If you’re looking for a true Memphis experience, the Orpheum Theatre is where the magic happens. This place has been a cornerstone of Memphis nightlife for ages, hosting everything from Broadway shows to rock concerts and comedy nights. The building itself is a sight to see, its vintage ticket kiosk and architectural details really take you back in time. I’ve walked past it plenty of times and always feel a little awestruck by its historic charm. In 2012, the Orpheum got some well-deserved recognition when it was named the Best Venue by a local publication, no surprise there. It’s got this amazing vibe that shifts depending on where you're sitting; the balcony, for example, feels completely different from the orchestra level, more intimate, maybe a touch more relaxed. Honestly, if you’re a first-timer, the staff often recommend sitting upstairs for a more memorable experience. Getting there is pretty easy, just walk north along Front Avenue from the mighty Mississippi or enjoy a scenic drive up Riverside Avenue. And if you’re into post-show fun, the Orpheum is perfect for that too, lots of options to keep the night going, whether you want a quick drink or a lively after-party. Plus, it’s super accessible, making it easy for everyone to enjoy a night out. Want to bring the kids or find seats that are family-friendly? The interactive seating chart is a lifesaver. Whether you're craving front-row seats for Ghana Live! Riches & Rhythms, splurging on VIP sections for Operation Mincemeat, or just looking for budget-friendly tickets for Harry Potter and The Cursed Child, this venue really has something for everyone. Trust me, there’s nothing quite like being in that crowd feeling the energy, you won’t want to miss it.
